The waiting list phone line will <strong>OPEN<\/strong> &amp; <strong>CLOSE<\/strong> Monday, August 14, 2017. Interested parties may call between the hours of 8:30 am to 11:30 am and from 1:30 pm to 4:30 pm. Income-qualified households are encouraged to apply.
