All preapplications must be submitted through the Laredo Housing Authority&#8217;s online application portal at https:\/\/www.larha.org\/index.php\/apply-for-assistance\/<\/p>\n<p>Applications will be made available in an accessible format upon request from a person with disabilities. Accommodation for the disabled may be arranged by calling (956) 764-9396.<\/p>\n<p>No pre-applications will be accepted before or after these dates.
