La Biblioteca Digital BiblioTech de Laredo proporcionar\u00e1 a los residentes de la ciudad acceso a la tecnolog\u00eda para mejorar la alfabetizaci\u00f3n y la educaci\u00f3n, promover la lectura como recreaci\u00f3n y equipar a los residentes de nuestra comunidad con las herramientas necesarias para prosperar como ciudadanos de la era digital. El Presidente de la Junta de LHA Jose L. Ceballos y Laura Cole, Administradora de la Biblioteca Digital BiblioTech del Condado de Bexar presentaron la visi\u00f3n y los objetivos de la iniciativa a la Ciudad de Laredo durante la Reuni\u00f3n del Concejo de la Ciudad del 20 de noviembre de 2017.
