The waiting list will <strong>OPEN &#038; CLOSE<\/strong> on <strong>Thursday, October 12, 2017<\/strong>. The waiting list will open ONLY for these following preferences:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 25px;\"><strong>Homeless Referral<\/strong> &#8211; Applicants certified by an agency as homeless and referred by an agency to LHA per LHA Agreement with Agency; and, <\/li>\n<li><strong>Moving Up or Transitional Housing<\/strong> &#8211; Applicants certified by an agency as homeless in transitional housing and\/or moving up and referred by an agency to LHA per LHA Agreement with Agency.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The waiting list will open for the above population.
