Gerald Ford fue presidente, Kung Fu Fighting de Carl Douglas fue la canci\u00f3n n\u00famero 1 en la cartelera, y comenz\u00f3 su carrera como mecan\u00f3grafa. Al ascender las filas, la Sra. Ortiz finalmente logr\u00f3 la posici\u00f3n de CQI Especialista en 2009. Durante sus 42 a\u00f1os con la Autoridad de Vivienda Laredo, fue testigo del desarrollo de Ana Ma. Lozano, Meadow Acres, Meadow Elderly, Laredo Sur y Trabajo Agr\u00edcola. La Sra. Ortiz ha sido una parte esencial del crecimiento de la agencia y logr\u00f3 certificaciones en C\u00e1lculos de Rentas de Vivienda P\u00fablica y Responsabilidad y Seguridad de la Autoridad de Vivienda.<\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"tw-target-text\" class=\"tw-data-text tw-ta tw-text-small\" dir=\"ltr\" data-placeholder=\"Translation\"><span lang=\"es\">Seis presidentes, seis alcaldes y cinco directores ejecutivos m\u00e1s tarde, la Sra.
