DESCRIPTION:Notice is hereby given that the Housing Authority of the City of Laredo\, Texas (LHA) will be setting appointments for Pre-applications for the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program Waiting List. The waiting list will OPEN & CLOSE on Tuesday\, May 30\, 2017. The waiting list will open ONLY for these following preferences: \n\nHomeless Referral – Applicants certified by an agency as homeless and referred by an agency to LHA per LHA Agreement with Agency; and\, \nMoving Up or Transitional Housing – Applicants certified by an agency as homeless in transitional housing and/or moving up and referred by an agency to LHA per LHA Agreement with Agency.\n\nThe waiting list will open for the above population.
